How do I cost my holiday?
On each Accommodation Description, you will see our rate table displaying the Daily Price, according to the period. To receive a full and clear, final price, click the Calendar button. This will show you the updated availability for your chosen Holiday Rental. Simply chose your preferred dates and click the continue button. The cost of your booking will be displayed.
How much booking deposit do I have to pay?
A deposit of 30% (non refundable) will secure your booking. The balance for your Holiday will be due 56 days before departure. If your holiday is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be due. On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property.
At the time of booking, no payment is required until your booking has been confirmed by Lemon Tree Rentals.
How do I pay for my Holiday?
Deposit payments are taken securely online and are made only with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Visa debit cards. All card payments are secured with SSL/128 bit encryption.
Balance payments can be made online with either credit cards or debit cards.
For Balance payments, we also accept Bank Transfers.

Can I pay for my holiday monthly?
Yes!
You can stagger your payments to suit your budget. There is no minimum amount required, so you can pay as much as you like, as often as you like until 8 weeks before your holiday starts when the remaining balance of your holiday is due.
Do you charge a Booking or Credit Card Fee?
Our booking fee, shown when pricing your holiday, is always inclusive of a Credit / Debit Card payment fee.
Who am I booking with?
The property rental will be between the Holidaymaker (the Hirer) and the owner of the property (the Owner) for which the booking is made. Lemon Tree Rentals Limited (the Agent) act only as the booking agent on behalf of the Owner.
All payments are handled by Lemon Tree Rentals Limited.
What is included in the price of my Holiday?
Everything that is included in the price of your accommodation is displayed on each description. If there are any extras to pay, it will be clearly shown.
What are the Check In and Check Out times?
Check-in times are from 1600 - 2000 (unless specified otherwise). We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times.
Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, it is likely that no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property may not be possible.
Check-out times are normally between 0700 - 1000 (unless specified otherwise).
Do you organize Travel?
Lemon Tree Rentals does not currently organize travel. However, we have teamed up with a number of partners to offer our customers the best deals:

Property Capacity
Occupancy levels must be strictly adhered to in line with those detailed in each property description.
Refundable Breakage Deposit
A standard breakage deposit is payable on arrival and deduction will be made for any reported breakages. Where all is in order with the property on departure, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Holiday Extras
* Cots (Excluding Linen): can be arranged and payable locally
* High chairs: can be arranged and payable locally
In some cases, it may be possible to organise additional cleaning and/or bedding and towel changes. Please ask on booking.
Bedding and towels are provided as standard (unless specified otherwise).
Maintenance of the Property
In order to maintain standards the owner must arrange a regular schedule for people to clean the pool, attend the garden and carry out minor repairs throughout the season. We would appreciate your cooperation in allowing reasonable access to trades people during your stay. This will be arranged locally and in advance.
Local services can be temperamental and it is not uncommon to have the occasional water or electricity cut, particularly during the height of the summer.
Cancellations
Cancellation by you - This refers to the accommodation only. Any cancellation of property accommodation must be advised by email. The following cancellation charges will apply.
More than 56 Days: Loss of Deposit Only
43 - 56 days: 50% plus deposit
29 - 42 days: 70% plus deposit
0 - 28 days: 100% plus deposit
Alterations by us - In the unlikely event of us having to alter your accommodation booking for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to do so. We will endeavour to resolve the situation by offering alternative accommodation, but cannot always guarantee this.
In any event Lemon Tree Rentals Limited will only ever be obliged to refund all monies paid if alternative accommodation cannot be found. Lemon Tree Rentals Limited will not be responsible for any further liability, including cost of travel and so on.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you take out adequate insurance to protect all members of your party. You can get a quote from World First Travel Insurance who may be able to offer cover that is suitable to your requirements.
Satellite TV
Following the change from analogue to a digital service across Europe, most satellite TVs will only offer limited English-speaking channels. Unless specifically stated, UK channels are not guaranteed. Normal TVs will only ever have foreign channels.
Changes
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us by email as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Where we can, an amendment fee of 30 EUR may be payable together with any costs incurred by ourselves.
Property Descriptions
All property descriptions are intended to be clear and informative. For the purpose of clarity:
Every effort is made to ensure that the details, description and prices contained on this website are correct, based on inspections and information passed to Lemon Tree Rentals Limited by the property owners. However changes do occur, sometimes at short notice.
Therefore Lemon Tree Rentals will advise you at the time of booking, or if after booking as soon as possible, of any such changes to our published information. It is not always possible for Lemon Tree Rentals Limited to control all elements of the holiday, such as advertised facilities which may become unavailable at short notice due to inclement weather conditions, lack of demand, emergency repair works, etc.
Photographs are intended to give an overall impression rather than details of a specific resort or accommodation.
Lemon Tree Rentals is not liable for items of furniture or other items which appear in the photographs, but may be changed or removed from the accommodation by the property owner, nor is it liable for any aspect of the accommodation environment, which may have changed since the photographs were taken.
* All distances detailed in property descriptions are intended to be a guideline only and are measured by the approximate driving time by car (not withstanding seasonal traffic), unless otherwise stated.
* All properties are equipped with fridge and cooking facilities
* Bathrooms: whether bath or shower, the term "bathroom" may be used
* Airports: information is displayed only about the most appropriate airports in order of convenience/flight availability.
Pets
Pets of any kind are not permitted at our properties, unless otherwise specified on a property description. Even when pets are permitted, please always inform us before booking.
