Rental Conditions:

* Minimum Rental Days: 1

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.

Check-in times are from 1600 hours to 18:30 hours. We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times.

Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible.

Departures are before 1100.

All bed linen and towels, final cleaning on departure and air conditioning are provided free of charge.

There is security deposit of 100 EUROS due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.

On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property.
