Low Season: Any day arrivals with minimum stay 3 nights.
High Season (26/06 - 20/08): Saturday to Saturday bookings only with minimum stay 7 nights.
A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.
Check-in times are from 1600. We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. Note: if you expect to arrive outside of these times, please contact us. If we are not informed, it is unlikely that access to the property will be possible.
Check-out time is before 1100.
There is security deposit of 200 EUROS due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure. The apartment must be left in the same condition as on arrival.
Please note that the cost of final cleaning is obligatory and is to be paid locally:
* Stays up to 4 nights: 50 Euros
* Stays over 4 nights: 84 Euros (1 bed), 98 Euros (2 bed)
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Air Conditioning is also included.
On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property.
