A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.
Check-in times are from 1600 hours to 2000 hours (unless otherwise specified). We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times.
Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible.
Departures are before 1000.
All bed linen, towels and air conditioning are provided free of charge.
We do ask guests to ensure that the kitchen is clean on departure and all rubbish disposed of.
There is security deposit of 150 EUROS due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.
On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property.
