Our apartments are in a wonderful and exclusive small residence offering peace and tranquility and the ideal way to see this wonderful part of Lake Garda. The villa is an ancient 18th century villa that has recently been skillfully restored to preserve its original characteristics. The apartments look over the centuries old courtyard and gardens with swimming pool. The villa is in the heart of the beautiful historic centre of San Felice del Benaco. Various shops, bars and restaurants are located only 50 meters from the villa and a pleasant ten-minute stroll takes you directly to the lake. There is a fully equipped swimming pool surrounded by the villa gardens. Every apartment has a private garage within the villa.

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable. Check-in times are from 1600 hours to 2000 hours (unless otherwise specified). We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible. Departures are before 1000. All bed linen, towels and air conditioning are provided free of charge. We do ask guests to ensure that the kitchen is clean on departure and all rubbish disposed of. There is security deposit of 150 EUROS due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure. On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property. Apartments may differ to photographs shown here - each apartment is unique but overall style remains the same
