With wonderful views over Lake Garda, the Nonna Mari is a 10 minute drive to the wonderful lakeside town of Sal� with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The ferries leaving from the town centre give you a wonderful way of exploring Lake Garda.

The Mar� B&B offers accommodation in 6 spacious rooms. There are a welcoming breakfast room, a splendid swimming pool and large gardens all around the house. Next to the house, there is a small shop selling homemade produce and local specialities. The lovingly-furnished rooms all have private bathrooms, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. They are conveniently close to the reception area, lounge, breakfast room and garden. The Mar� B&B takes special pride in its breakfasts: traditional with jam and croissants, Bavarian-style with muesli and yogurt, American-style with muffins, toast and scrambled eggs� and everyone can enjoy our �specials�: tarts, biscuits and fresh fruit in season! The Nonna Mari is a wonderfully restored farm and lies in the heart of the countryside surrounding Lake Garda. With only 7 apartments and a small Bed & Breakfast, the huge parkland offers you all the space you need - with about 60,000m2, the land boasts wonderful olive trees, vines and orchards and offers beautiful views over Lake Garda. A perfect haven for families, the Nonna Mari has a spectacular swimming pool area and Jacuzzi and plenty of space to for the children to roam. One particular about this residence are the animals�horses, rabbits and other animals will keep you company through your stay! Our guests' pets are also welcome! Guests can enjoy the communal barbecue area and the tennis court / football pitch. For the more adventurous guest, why not take a tour by horseback or even riding lessons! There is private parking for all guests and there are washing and drying facilities available.

Rental Conditions	(Hide)
A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable. Check-in times are from 1600 hours to 18:30 hours. We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible. Departures are before 1100. All bed linen and towels, final cleaning on departure and air conditioning are provided free of charge. There is security deposit of 100 EUROS due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure. On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property.
