Mariella was most welcoming and we managed to rub along with my broken German very well. The property itself is very well presented and equiped. The only down-side is having to drive everywher for everything - but that is a fair price to pay for the rest of the ambience etc.

Marella the propery owner is absolutely charming, friendly and could not be more helpful (unlike the Manager at Belvedere in Desansano). Location superb and venue suited to both couples and families, realy good location for wind and kite surfers. Would go back in a flash, if you are traveling please do not forget your directions as the place is impossible to find without them.
